1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to England, Scotland & Wales, excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands.

2. Courier Service

All orders are delivered via DPD, using temperature-controlled packaging suitable for frozen foods.

3. Delivery Days and Times

  • Delivery dates are selected at checkout

  • DPD will provide tracking and delivery notifications

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier disruption, or incorrect address details.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, this is done at your own risk.

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No one available to receive the parcel

  • Refusal of delivery

We may be unable to offer a refund, as frozen goods cannot be re-delivered.

6. Packaging and Temperature

Our products are packed with insulated materials and ice packs. While we aim to maintain frozen conditions, slight softening may occur. Products should still be frozen upon receipt and must be placed into a freezer immediately.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
